The Core Recovery Method® online program is applicable to a very wide ranges of conditions: post partum rehab, diastasis, prolapse, fertility issues, sexual dysfunction, endometriosis, pre and post operative healing, back pain, pelvic pain, SIJ problems, tailbone pain, hip pain, disc problems, sciatica, scoliosis, spondylolithesis, bladder pain, urgency, frequency, recurrent UTIs, stress incontinence, urge incontinence, constipation, bloating, SIBO, IBS, varicose veins, and really any core, spine or pelvic concern can be improved and rehabilitated with this protocol.

You will notice improvements in your core function within a few weeks of regular practice of the core therapy exercises and hypopressive training. Most people are able to observe toning of the abdominal muscles and improvements in posture and waistline after a 1-2 practice sessions. Commitment to regular practice is key for maintenance of long term results.

30 min/day, 5 days/ wk is all that is required to see best results. And those 30 min can be broken up throughout your day to fit your schedule. It does not have to be a consecutive 30 min window. Even 15 min/ day, 2 days/ wk will produce results. But 30 min 5 days/ wk will produce the most significant and lasting results.

Core Education and Core Therapy provide critical insights and foundational techniques that will allow you to get the most out of the Hypopressive Training and Glute Strengthening sections. An option is to complete the Core Education at your own pace, while you simultaneously start the Core Therapy section. Ideally you progress through the program in the order it is presented- Core Education first, then Core Therapy, then Hypopressive Training, and last Glute Strengthening.

People of any fitness level will benefit from this program. Whether you are sedentary or an elite athlete, these therapy techniques and exercises will improve your core function. You will have specific guidance on how to progress through the protocol and perform the exercises. I will give guidelines on progression, and I always recommend you progress at your own pace.

Yes! You can absolutely start this program during pregnancy. The program is the same during pregnancy, except you will modify your hypopressive practice. Please follow the Hypopressive Training during Pregnancy section, if your are pregnant or less than 3 months post c section. Watch the Introduction videos first. The video called “Introduction to the Core Recovery Program” contains instructions on how to progress through the program. I recommend watching the videos in the order the videos are displayed for you: Introduction, 2) Calendar, 3) Resources, 4) Core Education, 5) Core Therapy, 6) Hypopressive Training, 7) Glute Strengthening, 8) Conclusion. Within each section, the videos are displayed in the order they are meant to be viewed.

A year subscription will give you access to all levels of hypopressive training (beginner, intermediate and advanced), as well as the section for Hypopressive Training during Pregnancy. So if you are pregnant and want a protocol for pregnancy and into post partum, the year subscription is for you. If you want to continually progress your core training into advanced levels, the year subscription is for you.

To access the program on your mobile devices, you can download the Kajabi app (our platform partner), which you will find in the application store. Once downloaded, all you need to do is log into your account and you're in! Easy as that.
